Each is served with a house salad, baked potato, seasonal vegetables, croissants, tea & coffee: or a package of heavy hors d’oeuvres for up to 100 passengers, which includes sliced ham, roast beef, turkey & sliced cheese, steamed shrimp, buffalo wings, meatballs, potato salad, (vegetable, cheese, and fruit tray), dressings, celery sticks, cocktail sauce, croissants, tea and coffee.
