Your choice of Prime Rib, Salmon Filet or Herb Roasted Chicken dinner for up to 60 guests on the "Queen" or "Lady". Each is served with a house salad, baked potato, seasonal vegetables, croissants, tea & coffee: or a package of heavy hors d’oeuvres for up to 100 passengers, which includes sliced ham, roast beef, steamed shrimp, buffalo wings, sliced turkey, meatballs, potato salad, vegetable tray, cheese tray, fruit tray, sliced cheese, dressings, celery sticks, cocktail sauce, croissants, tea and coffee.
Open Bar for two hours to include all premium liquors, import and domestic beers, house Cabernet, Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Merlot wines and all non-alcholic drinks.
